Short Term Letting:   12% + VAT/ 14.4% Inclusive VAT

Renewal Document Fee: £80
Change of Occupancy: £250

Co2 Monoxide Alarm:      £70+VAT/ £84 Inclusive VAT

CANCELLATION FEES

Once an offer for letting the property has been accepted by both parties and Tenancy Agreements prepared, (whether in final draft or not), You will be liable for a cancellation fee of (£500 Inclusive VAT) in the event of the tenancy not proceeding due to circumstances beyond the control of Leswin Estates You should inform Leswin Estates immediately if you do not wish to proceed.


Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs that must be covered on top of the rent. These might include:

  • Utilities (gas, electricity, water and telephone)
  • Council Tax
  • Television licence
  • Installation of cable/satellite
  • Insurance (for your personal and own contents)
  • Garden maintenance
  • Professional cleaning of the property
  • Dilapidations
